It was clean, staff friendly.

The view, although having paid extra for the view from our room, the view from the lounge was just as good

Great location Away from the hustle and bustle but a short downhill walk into Kandy, or a tuk tuk ride. Also nice breakfast included. The staff were nice and helpful but not intrusive.

Great view! A quiet, relaxed and easy-going place to stay in Kandy. Our rooms were easily accessible for a member of our group with walking difficulties, so this could not have worked out better for them! The common space with a balcony complements the rooms nicely. Breakfast was great - a lovely pot of tea

Everything about this place is perfect. Awesome breakfast, awesome view. Good clean rooms. They also have a short cut to reach the main road quickly by walk.

The view is amazing. We got a nice bigger room with the view. The food at mcleod inn is always tasty.

The hotel is nice and clean. They recommended us very good driver and the tour guide recommended by the hotel was very nice and friendly. Helped us a lot.

The host was very helpful. Breakfast was very good. The shared balcony view was very good. The shower was hot but the bathroom was very dated.

Excellent location (quiet area, but close walk to city center) and room exceeded expectations. New, clean, good bathroom. Family was very friendly and helpful and dinner was tasty.

The owner and his wife are lovely, so is the tuktuk driver who works for Mcleod Inn. Wonderful people who will do everything to give you the best holiday.

Great location views and price. Owner offered to sort transfers out. Very clean quiet room still walkable to most places just up a hill. Only moan was ac sounded like a plane taking off so didnt use and just used fan but owner already had someone booked to come in and fix the next day so was on the case. Breakfast included in room was fair for the price.

The view from the terrace is great, the staff is really nice and the rooms are really comfortable. An easy shortcut to the centre of Kandy from the hilltop as well.

We loved our stay here. The location was great, just 15 mins walk to the lake. The staff were lovely & the room had super comfortable beds. We also really enjoyed our breakfast and the amazing view from the balcony.
